We are pleased to share an important opportunity for K–12 schools across Manitoba.
Through the Manitoba Schools Lighting Initiative, Efficiency Manitoba is offering funding for up to 100% of eligible LED lighting upgrades, including lighting controls and associated labour costs (subject to program approval and requirements).
This initiative provides schools with a valuable opportunity to:
✔ Reduce operational energy costs
✔ Upgrade to long-lasting, high-efficiency LED systems
✔ Improve lighting quality for students and staff
✔ Support a healthier and more sustainable learning environment

February 13 – April 13, 2026
Project selections announced: May 15, 2026
